Merirantala is an old farm whose history goes back at least to the 1630s. One of the historic buildings in the farmyard is the idyllic Vanhan Vaarin rakennus, Old Grandpa's House, which we have renovated with love while keeping its past alive. In the summer season, from May to September, you can rent this gem as your holiday home, too.
Vanhan Vaarin rakennus has two bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room, an indoor toilet and a porch. There's a sofa bed in the kitchen-living room. The shore is 300 metres away: walk there on the path across the hay meadow or along the road. At the shore you'll find the shared Tiira sauna cabin and a rowing boat.
